Delivery
- We deliver across Pakistan via registered courier.
- Flat delivery charge: Rs. 250. Free on orders above Rs. 6,000.
- Orders placed before 3:00 PM on a working day are dispatched the same day.
- Delivery takes two to four working days to major cities and three to six working days to other areas.
- A tracking number is sent by SMS and WhatsApp once your parcel is dispatched.
- Cash on delivery is available nationwide.
Packaging
All glass jars are sealed, wrapped and boxed with protective padding. If a jar arrives broken or leaking, send us a photo within 48 hours and we will replace it free of charge.
Returns
- Unopened and unsealed products may be returned within 7 days of delivery.
- Opened food products cannot be returned, for hygiene reasons.
- Damaged, leaking, incorrect or expired items are replaced or refunded in full at our cost.
- To start a return, WhatsApp us your order number and a photo of the product.
- Approved refunds are processed within 7 working days to your original payment method or by bank transfer.
Cancellations
Orders can be cancelled free of charge any time before dispatch. Once dispatched, the return policy applies.
