Is your desi ghee really 100% pure?
Yes. It is made from milk and nothing else. Every batch is lab tested for vegetable fat before packing, and the batch number on your jar matches that report. Ask us and we will send it.
What is the difference between cow ghee, buffalo ghee and A2 ghee?
Cow ghee is lighter, golden and more aromatic. Buffalo ghee is denser, whiter and richer, better for halwa and paratha. A2 Sahiwal ghee comes only from pure Sahiwal cows, whose milk carries the A2 protein. It is our premium, small batch product.
Why is your ghee grainy?
Graininess is a feature of properly bilona churned ghee, especially in winter. A uniform, smooth texture year round usually means the ghee was made industrially from cream, or blended.
My honey has gone thick and crystallised. Is it spoiled?
No, it is proof it is raw. Only heated honey stays permanently liquid. Warm the jar in hot water and it will loosen.
Which honey should I start with?
Acacia (Phulai) if you want something light and mild, especially for children. Sidr if you want the richest and most prized variety. Wildflower if you want an everyday honey at the best price.
Do you offer cash on delivery?
Yes, across Pakistan. Bank transfer is also available.
How long does delivery take?
Two to four working days to major cities, three to six working days elsewhere.
What are the delivery charges?
Rs. 250 flat nationwide. Free on orders above Rs. 6,000.
Can I return a product?
Unopened, unsealed jars can be returned within 7 days. Opened food items cannot be returned unless the product is damaged, leaking or incorrect, in which case we replace it at our cost.
Do you ship outside Pakistan?
Not yet. Message us on WhatsApp and we will tell you when we do.

Is honey safe for babies?
No. Honey must not be given to infants under 12 months of age.
