Track Your Order

Enter the order number from your confirmation message and the email address you ordered with. We will show you exactly where your parcel has reached.

To track your order please enter your Order ID in the box below and press the "Track" button. This was given to you on your receipt and in the confirmation email you should have received.

Cannot find your order number? Send us the phone number you ordered with on WhatsApp and we will look it up for you.

What the statuses mean

  • Processing: we have your order and are packing it.
  • Completed: your parcel has been handed to the courier. The tracking number is sent to you by SMS and WhatsApp.
  • On hold: we are waiting to confirm your order or your bank transfer.

Delivery usually takes two to four working days to major cities and three to six working days elsewhere.
